Postdoctoral Research Associate
The Chapman lab in the BioDiscovery Institute at the University of North Texas (UNT) is seeking a postdoctoral research associate in the area of plant and/or microbial biochemistry. Exciting opportunities are available to study the structure and function of fatty acid amide hydrolases (FAAHs) in diverse plant species. New ideas will be explored to test the relationship between FAAH substrate interactions and plant-microbial communication processes. For context, please see Aziz and Chapman, 2020, Trends in Plant Sciences, 25(3):236-249.  A student-focused research university with an emphasis on sustainability, UNT is the nation’s 25th largest public university, and is committed to serve its 44,000 students while powering the North Texas region through innovative education
