Develops, reviews, and implements traffic signal timing and coordination plans. Manages a technical team and applies principles and practices from civil engineering for the traffic operations of arterial roadway network to achieve a safe, efficient, and convenient movement of people and goods. Prepares traffic operations studies, such as intersection operations studies, corridor coordination evaluations, and traffic signal timing (before/after) studies. Develops, reviews, implements, and optimizes traffic signal timing plans and coordination plans for weekday and weekend traffic operations as well as during special events and construction activities.
