Job Summary: This is advanced professional engineering work for large and complex water resources construction projects. Job duties include: Serves as the engineer-of-record; prepares, oversees, and certifies the preparation of analyses, designs, drawings and specifications for civil engineering projects. Provides guidance and technical assistance to assigned engineers and technicians.  Performs, reviews, and oversees the preparation of construction cost estimates.  Provides construction phase services including periodic inspections, review of contractor submittals, preparation of reports, project correspondence, and revisions to drawings and specifications as required.  Assists in training of technical support staff and engineering
