The Reliability Compliance Analysts enhance electric system reliability by facilitating compliance with NERC and WECC regulatory requirements related to system reliability and/or electric system cyber security. The position may be filled at level I, II or III based on an individual's knowledge, skills and abilities.  The incumbent will perform a variety of job duties based on level of competencies (see the attached career level guide for specific details).  In conjunction with subject matter experts, this position will assist and/or develop and implement sound tactical programs, procedures and operational processes. Will assist and/or develop and implement complex preventative, detective and compensating compliance controls and best practices across Chelan PUD (District) in order to mon
