								<description>Chandler , Arizona,  Position Summary:&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Will manage the Instrumentation &#38; Controls department, work under the direction of the office manager. Supports daily project management, client interface, and provides direction to engineers and designers on the on-time and quality-controlled project specifics. 
 &#xa0; 
 Position Responsibilities:&#xa0; 
 &#8226; Prepare, and review technical drawings, calculations, conceptual and detailed designs, methods and materials specifications, electrical and instrumentation equipment application.&#xa0; 
 &#8226; Responsible for complete designs of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. 
 &#8226; Identify proper selection and specification of equipment and instruments associated with the process and control system. 
 &#8226; Lead and manage all aspects of project scope, objectives, schedule, productivity, and budget. 
 &#8226; Provide leadership and mentor less experienced engineers. Will resolve day to day questions. 
 &#8226; Support of procurement and construction activities.&#xa0; 
 &#xa0; Required Qualifications:&#xa0; 
 &#8226; A minimum of 7 years progressive experience is required. 
 &#8226; Bachelor&#8217;s degree in electrical engineering, or related field, with a PE. 
 &#8226; Familiarity with Modicon, Allen-Bradley Programmable Controllers, Schneider&#8217;s Unity Pro, Wonderware, Citect and other platforms will be a plus. DCS experience preferred. 
 &#8226; Extensive knowledge of ISA (International Society of Automation) standards. 
 &#8226; Understanding Industrial Network Architecture for Distributed Control Systems. 
 &#8226; Experience with electrical conceptual designs, methods and materials specifications. 
 &#8226; Working knowledge and experience using AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software such as Revit, and MS office. 
 &#8226; Previous experience with network and heavy industrial process communication systems is preferred. 
 &#8226; Preference that candidate is be able to travel, domestically &#38; internationally, to other M3 offices and project sites to provide field support for new and ongoing projects. 
 &#8226; Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule, be a self-starter, detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills. 
 &#8226; Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision. 
 &#8226; A valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required. 
 &#xa0; 
 Desired Qualifications: 
 &#8226; Previous mining experience, EP, EPCM 
 &#8226; Previous supervisory experience 
 &#8226; Bilingual English / Spanish abilities 
 &#8226; Experience working on multidisciplinary design and construction projects
