Oversee engineering design operations of small Indianapolis area firm specializing in GIS fiber engineering and construction.  Plan and implement engineering plans for major telecommunication infrastructure development, building, and facilities. Manage project execution from concept development, selection of contractors, preliminary design, final design, permits, and project closeouts. Create workflow methodologies, technical, and procedural documents based on customer requirements, and oversee preparation of reports documenting findings, analysis, and recommendations. Collaborate with software development team to improve software automation systems and demonstrate expertise using ArcGIS and QGIS.   Manage department budget, forecasts, and staffing, and assist in execution of marketing strategies.
