Summary: Reporting to the Division Manager, the Traffic & Transportation Engineer/Program Manager, Traffic & Transportation develops and manages programs to identify, evaluate and address issues related to traffic operations, transportation planning, and related transportation infrastructure. Qualifications/Experience: Undergraduate university degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; or a three year diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
