Job Summary: This is advanced professional engineering work in reviewing environmental resource permits and complex compliance and enforcement permits.   Job duties include: Reviews the engineering portion of the larger and/or more complex applications for Environmental Resource Permits (ERPs) and Sovereign Submerged Lands (SSL).
