To lead a plant-wide performance improvement program. This will be accomplished by performing heat rate and efficiency testing, data collection and trending, data interpretation and analysis, and general technical support in order to assist plant staff in maintaining and improving equipment performance at Apache Station. Develop, implement, and administer an on-going, high profile, generation cost reduction program. Supervise, schedule, coordinate, and conduct generating unit and equipment performance testing. Producing monthly generation summaries. Understand and be able to utilize all tools and testing methods available for monitoring and analyzing unit Effectively utilize the computerized plant performance monitoring systems.
