Assistant General Manager / Chief Operating Officer
The Assistant General Manager/Chief Operating Officer (AGM/COO) functions in a top-level executive capacity, reporting directly to the General Manager and is responsible for General Manager and District staff liaison with members of the Board of Directors, water organizations, community groups, and other agencies to ensure the District’s mission and vision are effectively communicated. The AGM/COO acts as project manager for high-level District projects and performs high-level oversight of the District’s technical operations.
