Senior MOW Trainer
The Senior Trainer for Maintenance of Way (MOW) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing successful training programs for the Maintenance of Way department within the Maintenance Division. This role involves creating and enhancing technical skills, maintaining appropriate certifications, and delivering new curriculum training. The Senior Trainer will also oversee the implementation of core training requirements and monitor training effectiveness using best practice tools such as the Kirkpatrick Model. Additionally, the Senior Trainer will work with the MOW Department to address workforce concerns and develop strategies for alternative training methods.This role requires being onsite five (5) days per week.
