Engineer-in-Training - Traffic Construction or Design (Metro Denver)
This position is only open to Colorado state residents.   This position is covered by the Partnership Agreement between the State of Colorado and Colorado Workers for Innovative and New Solutions (COWins).  New employees to the State will be paid biweekly. There are 26 biweekly pay periods in a year.  About the Position The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has vacancies for two Engineer-in-Training (EIT) positions in the Traffic & Safety unit at our Denver location.  One position will focus on learning engineering design for traffic control through work zones, signalized intersections, and permanent installations on state highways, as well as learn basic design of safety imp
