POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT The University of Tennessee, Departments of Animal Science and Food Science invite applications for a full-time, 12- month, tenure-track Meat Science Specialist.  The position will be offered at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor, dependent on candidate qualifications.
