Structural Engineer III
Structural Engineer III, Moffatt & Nichol, Walnut Creek, CA. Design a wide variety of structures. Resolve design problems. Perform field investigation or inspection. Design detailed plans and perform structural analysis. Perform finite element static and dynamic structural modeling of structures. Prepare design concepts, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. Calculate quantity estimates. Calculate stability, strength and rigidity and ensure the right materials are used for each assigned project. Coordinate plan details with drafting technicians. Prepare inspection reports.   40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $120,245/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:   Bachelor’s degree or foreign equiv
