Pioneer Community Energy Seeks a Program Manager The Program Manager is responsible for organizing, assigning, reviewing and participating in the work of personnel engaged in the development and implementation of energy efficiency, conservation, renewable energy, and demand-side resource management programs for Authority customers. Duties include: Planning and reviewing the performance of staff involved in the implementation of energy efficiency, conservation, renewable energy, and demand-side resource management programs. Researching, developing, and implementing various energy efficiency and conservation programs for residential, large and small retail commercial electric utility customers, tenant improvements, new residential c
