SUMMARY: The Civil or Structural Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing domestic + international third-party inspections of fabrication/manufacturing companies in accordance with building code requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for developing new clients and expanding business opportunities related to Benchmark’s core service lines.  This position requires the candidate be licensed to practice civil engineering in Oregon or be licensed in a different state with the ability to obtain the required license within 6 months of hire.
