Our Quality Manager is accountable for all product quality for our steel packaging product lines. Enjoy working on quality system projects in partnership with your Quality Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians/Inspectors. Additionally, you will be responsible for SQF and customer audits.

Plans, develops, applies & maintains Quality Systems ensuring conformance to Customer, internal business, and regulatory requirements
Ensures processes and products meet defined levels of Quality acceptability
Ensures appropriate use of Quality tools & techniques (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, DMAIC, Lean, etc.)
Trains, coaches, develops, mentors, and directs Plant Quality team members
Oversees, facilitates, and drives robust root cause analysis and data driven problem solving methodologies
Supports, facilitates, and drives continuous improvement activities
Leads, drives, and supports RCA & CAPA to increase FPY while also reducing Customer Complaints, scrap, and inspection costs
Lead & drive the Plant from reactionary Quality to preventive Quality
