Faculty Position in Digital Infrastructure at the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne
The aim of EPFL’s Institute of Civil Engineering is to strengthen computational and integrative approaches, which connect strong domain-specific excellence, with knowledge in data science. EPFL’s School of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering (ENAC) invites applications for a Faculty position at the tenure track level (Assistant Professor) in Digital Infrastructure. The core areas of interest include (but are not limited to) data-driven methods for civil-infrastructure design, assessment and management, monitoring techniques and novel sensing technologies, smart infrastructure, quantification and propagation of uncertainty, and dynamic digital twins along with methods for their systematic validation.
