Traction Power Compliance Officer (Planner VII)

RESPONSIBILTIES 

This position is responsible for quality assurance measures and support necessary to monitor, review and analyze the performance of the operations and maintenance service Contractor to ensure a safe, reliable, and customer driven rail service. Provides leadership and oversight for the traction electrification systems for the rail service; oversight of utility billing, including any disputes; promotion of the efficient use and conservation of electrical energy and water; complex needs analyses related to energy and water usage; data and fiscal analyses including electrification rate analyses; develops and implement energy saving strategies and programs.
