Our new leader will manage ODOT’s budget and operations, and institutionalize equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in ODOT’s policies, programs, and projects. ODOT will continue to contract with a diverse range of businesses, including minority- and women-owned businesses. Our new Director will have a strong commitment to strengthening Oregon’s multi-modal transportation system and will effectively collaborate with and consider the perspectives of ODOT’s partners in and outside of government. ODOT’s new leader will have a strong interest in transportation finance and emerging transportation services and technologies.
