ESD is seeking to fill multiple Senior Engineer positions in support of the CIP at the RWF. The CIP division is responsible for planning and implementing long-term capital improvement projects at the RWF. The division is currently comprised of 50 full-time positions that perform project delivery, program administration, budget planning, and process engineering services.
