Process Industry Practices (PIP) is seeking an Associate Director to act as the primary engineering resource for the organization. This position interfaces with engineering discipline teams to provide overview, guidance, training, resources and direct support for Practice development and the editorial process. The AD recruits new members, as well as provides training to promote the use and adoption of Practices within member companies. Bachelor's degree in engineering. Fifteen years of related work experience. Ability to facilitate a meeting or team. Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel experience such as pivot tables, formulas, manipulating data to analyze data trends and create management reports. Experience interpreting, writing or editing technical standards. Experience with SharePoint or other collaborative work software. Demonstrated excellent communication skills. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Demonstrated ability to work as a team member. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Supervisory experience.
40 hour work week, variable schedule or 9/80 schedule as determined by supervisor. Some holidays, weekends and overtime required. Travel required.
