Skills / Qualifications •High School or Community College diploma •Mathematical aptitude •Adequate oral and written communication skills •Valid driver's license •Must pass drug test, background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy •Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required •Flexibility for travel as required •Experience in construction industry preferred, especially concrete or earthwork
Training Requirements •Appropriate health and safety topics (including Defensive Driving) •Quality Assurance Manual and Procedures •Applicable test procedures/methods
Physical Requirements •Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move or lift objects •Other physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, lifting, grasping, hearing, and visual acuity •The worker is subject to environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside and can include working in cold or heat, around moving mechanical parts, around moving vehicles, around electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places
