The Utilities Superintendent is a partially exempt position that reports directly to the Public Works & Engineering Director. This position is responsible for the executive level leadership, oversight and guidance of the joint Water and Wastewater Utilities Division management functions including planning, budgeting, operations & maintenance, major repairs & replacement of capital infrastructure, employee selection & development, and customer service.
