Huitt-Zollars' Dallas, TX office has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Civil Land Development Project Manager. Candidate must be a Civil Engineer with Texas PE registration and have a minimum of 8 years' experience in residential and commercial land development.
Produce plans and manage residential and commercial land development projects from inception to design and construction
Execute business development, develop and maintain successful client relationships
Develop project proposals, scopes, budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects
Lead a team of engineers, designers and technicians in commercial and residential projects
Manage the proposal process in the procurement of projects
Ensure projects are completed within client specifications, budgets and schedules
Licensed and Registered P.E. in Texas
Minimum 8 years of engineering design experience in residential and commercial land development
Proven ability to market clients and secure contracts
AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
Knowledge of local design ordinances and standards
Previous business development experience preferred
