Consider joining Liberty Carton Company as a Sales Representative. This sales role is focused on both winning new business (70%), as well as growing existing customer relationships (30%).
This full-time position reports directly to the Sales Manager and is based out of our corrugated box plant in Golden Valley, Minnesota (near Highway 169 & Highway 394) with travel throughout Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding area.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Build a sales and marketing strategy to identify new qualified customers (industries such as: health & beauty, food & beverage, pharmaceutical) and drive new sales opportunities by identifying key decision makers and creating the right approach to reach them.
Initiate customer relationships and close business utilizing a proven sales process.
Leverage our packaging capabilities as you work closely with our talented internal teams – design, customer service, estimating, procurement, logistics – to design custom packaging solutions that meet their needs.
Manage customer expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
Continue to cultivate long-term customer relationships as you strive to meet their ongoing packaging needs.
Keep a watchful eye on and be willing to share trends and activities important to our business.

TO QUALIFY, YOU WILL BRING:
2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) or equivalent work experience.
2+ years sales experience (preferred) with a demonstrable track record of growing and closing sales.
